Unlike most traditional Orthopedic Practices, we treat all ages, and explore all possible treatment options for our patients. Our goal and purpose is provide expert orthopedic care that produces the best possible outcome for our patients, rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
We specialize in the treatment of bones and joints to include the shoulder, knee, hip, spine, hand, foot and ankle.

Insurance Billing & Policies
We accept most insurances and can add more upon request if we don’t already accept it.
Billing & Collection Policies
We bill your insurance for your care. We do accept self pay and request full or partial payment in advance. If you are unable to pay your full bill at the time of service, we offer flexible payment plans.
What To Bring To Your Appointment
Bring your insurance card, co-payment, and your entrance form if you are a new patient.
Will physical therapy be required after surgery?
Physical Therapy is almost always required after shoulder repair, knee replacement, and knee ACL reconstruction. It may or may not be required for other procedures at the discretion of the surgeon.

Cancellation Policy
